Thank you for choosing DIG irrigation products. DIG Corporation stands behind the quality and performance of its products, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This warranty is designed to provide clarity about the coverage and terms related to our products.

DIG irrigation products are covered by a three-years Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this time, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any parts or components that prove to be defective.

If an apparent defect arises within the warranty period, DIG Corporation, at its sole discretion, will have the option to repair or replace the affected part or the entire original product. This service will be provided free of charge after the return of the product, which shall be at the user’s expense and authorized in writing by DIG Corporation.

In instances involving product replacement, the ensuing replacement product will benefit from a comprehensive three-year Limited Warranty, commencing from the date of shipment of the replacement item.

This warranty applies exclusively to DIG Corporation consumer irrigation products intended for irrigation purposes. It is applicable only to products that have been properly installed and used as intended. Altered, modified, damaged, misused, or misapplied products are not covered by this warranty.

Please note that this warranty does not extend to products that are adversely affected by the system into which they are incorporated. This includes systems that are improperly designed, installed, operated, or maintained.

The warranty does not cover issues related to blockage of solenoids, valves, dripline, drip emitters, and micro sprinklers resulting from the use of water containing corrosive chemicals, electrolytes, sand, dirt, silt, rust, scale, algae, bacterial slime, or other organic contaminants.

Any tampering with a DIG Corporation product, including disassembly of controllers and hose end timers, will void the warranty that the product would otherwise be eligible for.

In no event shall DIG Corporation’s liability exceed the selling price of the product. DIG Corporation is not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to costs associated with inspecting, removing, or replacing products, vegetation loss, loss of energy or water, property damage, loss of use, or loss of profits. This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages are due to negligence or strict liability.

By purchasing or using DIG Corporation products, the user and/or trade customer agree to the limitations and exclusions of liability outlined in this warranty.

No representative, agent, distributor, or other person has the authority to waive, alter, or add to the provisions of this warranty, or to make any representation of the warranty not contained herein.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or implied warranties. Therefore, certain exclusions or limitations outlined above may not apply to you. This warranty is provided explicitly and replaces all other expressed or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty represents the sole warranty applicable to professional irrigation products manufactured by DIG Corporation.
