DIG Corporation
was founded in 1981, with the idea of providing the commercial
turf and retail marketplace a comprehensive line of quality,
low volume irrigation products. Beginning with a limited assortment
of drip irrigation accessories, DIG has over the years expanded
and become a distributor of battery operated irrigation controllers
and valves, and also the manufacturer of a complete line of low
volume irrigation products, including drippers, micro sprinklers,
sprayers, misting heads, drip hose, fittings, and accessories.
In 1991 DIG relocated their Corporate Headquarters from Sun Valley,
California to the growing industrial base of North County San
Diego, in the City of San Marcos.
In the year 2000 DIG relocated
again to a new, modern, state of the art facility in the city
of Vista. This location allows DIG to ship across the United
States as well as providing a strategic location for international
shipments.
In January 2001 dig purchased
the ALTEC line of LEIT energized irrigation controllers and currently
manufactures the controllers in the USA.
DIG has assembled a staff of
irrigation professionals and operation specialists to provide
our customers with on-time deliveries of superior quality products
and technical customer service of the highest standards.
- Dig's Sales Management includes
a National Sales Manager for each of our three different divisions,
as well as a host of regional sales representatives located throughout the United
States.
Our Sales Staff is complimented by an experienced in-store service
group that meets all of our customer's needs. With one call to
Dig's 800 number, customers can count on immediate service, as
well as technical help, to handle their requests or questions.
In the international marketplace, we provide not only superior
low volume irrigation products to irrigation dealers and growers
around the world, but design services that offer a complete "turn
key" project capability.
