Drip Irrigation Head Assembly
Drip irrigation or micro irrigation systems start at the water source with what is called the "head assembly" (drip zone). The head assembly can be attached to a faucet or valve (manual or automatic) such as anti-siphon valve or in-line valve and can be installed on a number of watering zones or sections. The head assembly consists of vital components that include a filter and a pressure regulator. The filter protects the water passages of the drip emitters, drip line and micro sprinklers from clogging, and the pressure regulator (installed after the filter) reduces the incoming pressure to the appropriate operating pressure range. Start your drip or micro sprinkler system by selecting individual components to create a customized head assembly or use one of our completely assembled units.
